Our client is a full service agency working with a long standing loyal client base, predominantly across homewares and consumer goods. They have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Director to join their team based in their office in Nottinghamshire.
As Account Director you will engage with a portfolio of clients, working on both print and digital campaigns. You will build on existing relationships and create strong partnerships.
With proven Agency experience in a similar role, the successful candidate will consider successful delivery as their number one priority. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to utilise these skills to full effect with both colleagues and clients alike.
A strategic thinker you will also have excellent project management and client facing skills with the ability to juggle and prioritise your workload, working to tight deadlines and within budget requirements. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to think on your feet and around obstacles. The ability to take and construct an effective creative brief is essential, as is briefing a creative studio team.
Confidence and credibility are crucial to succeed in this role. You will need to have an understanding of and realise the importance of brand strategy, marketing planning, business development and market research across a range of integrated communication channels.
