An exciting opportunity to join the European retail marketing team to lead and drive all full price retail campaigns as the Retail Marketing Manager.

The EU region is our largest region (with more than 650 stores) and in this great role you'll be supporting the Head of Retail Channel Marketing, to continue building and improve our brand presence in our retail stores. This is a broad role and your focus will be on attracting shoppers to our rapidly expanding retail estate and encouraging them to return, giving them a positively brilliant retail experience.

The role

Your main task will be to help build and plan the European retail marketing strategy with the Head of retail marketing, to deliver a consistent brand experience and commercial success. Working closely with group marketing teams, the EU marketing team and local EU mainland markets with a strong focus on the UK&ROI market. You will ensure that seasonal marketing plans are developed and activated with excellence. You will be involved in store marketing, visual merchandising, window displays, in-store display and layout, as well as revising and adapting group marketing themes to create locally relevant programmes and projects where necessary.

About you

More than anything you’re a creatively inspired and commercially switched on marketer, with proven success in campaign planning. With a desirable track record of developing and implementing retail focused marketing you are up to date with marketing trends knowing what it takes to keep our stores fresh, innovative and relevant. You will have a passion for fashion, retail or lifestyle markets and all about delivering brands through retail.

You’ll be comfortable working in an organisation with global: local interfaces and have experience of operating collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, working effectively and seamlessly between teams.  A confident, credible communicator you will inspire with your can-do attitude, good judgement and agility in decision making.
