This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing property business as a Head of Digital Marketing. A hands on and strategic role, you will be responsible for developing digital, marketing, PR across a portfolio of brands.

Job Description:

Creating, developing and Managing strategies for improved SEO performance, efficient PPC campaigns and delivery of quality social media engagement with current and prospective clients.
Implementing a PR strategy
Developing efficient market leading CRM strategies, Marketing Automation and drive inbound quality enquiries through SEO, PPC and Social Media strategies.
Maintaining, developing and protecting current and new distribution channels
Leading the execution of effective digital marketing and lead generation strategies
Convert traditional outbound marketing sales processes to inbound digital enquiries to achieve the overall
Plan and create the communications strategy and control the brand standards in all promotional material,

What we are looking for:
Hands-on experience in managing lead generation strategies and improve marketing processes.
Proven track record of leading sustainable strategies to achieve successful marketing and sales result through implemented digital marketing strategies, traditional lead generation and channel management.
Strong commercial awareness to identify new market trends and build a strong knowledge of the
competitive landscape
SEO experience and recent training in latest SEO trends.
