A leading homewares company is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their innovative team, located in South West London. You will be responsible for planning, defining and implementing the long term marketing strategy. This is a brand new role that will involve defining the consumer marketing plan, establishing the best possible marketing mix, website usability and optimisation as well as reporting on marketing results to the senior management team.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Full responsibility for the development, implementation and planning of the marketing strategy
  • Increase customer acquisition and retention as well as drive value through all key channels including email, online and print
  • Maximise market share and growth of the company brand
  • Competitor analysis and benchmarking
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials
  • Continual focus on the improvement of lead generation to sales conversion
  • Help in the development of the brand's online presence
  • Report on marketing campaign progress and analyse the return on investment of marketing spend

Key skills and experience of the Marketing Manager:

  • Strong background in defining and implementing marketing strategy
  • Budget planning and management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Driving license is ideal
