A worldwide leading FMCG manufacturer, are seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join their team. The role will be very hands on across all digital and ecommerce channels; social, affiliates, display, retargeting, PPC and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years’ experience working in a fast-paced Consumer Goods organisation.

You will organise the company’s E-Commerce being responsible for driving the business and the digital marketing strategy. This role requires the candidate to be extremely commercial, sales oriented, analytical and performance driven.

A summary of what you’ll do:
  • Manage day to day trading of the website;
  • Reviewing analytics and identifying opportunities to drive conversion and sales
  • Implementation of campaign and regular optimization efforts with HP updates
  • Secure commerciality, availability, optimisation and performance of website
  • Management of remarketing / Display, SEO and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Minimum 6 years of global marketing experience 
  • Research and create brand partnerships
  • Work with external SEO agencies to drive digital marketing traffic and ecommerce sales growth
  • Create weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs for digital channels.
  • Research new and expanding markets/influencer's in order to increase exposure.
  • Working alongside design, production, PR and trading in order to streamline relevant messaging.
What we need from you:
  • Must have. 4-8 years’ experience in an FMCG/ Consumer goods e-commerce environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with both agency and in-house teams.
  • Have excellent written English and proof reading skills.
