This highly profitable, privately owned global organisation with both a B2C and B2B audience has a fantastic opening for a true digital native to lead the next phase of the global digital marketing strategy and develop new data management capacity to acquire, grow, manage and retain customers.

This is both a strategic and tactical role which will see you take commercial responsibility for the company’s digital estate across all its brands, developing and executing the digital brand marketing plans to enhance infrastructure, customer experience, traffic and lead generation.  Heading the digital marketing team you will work with the teams in regions to develop effective PPC/SEO strategies and imbed effective measurement tools to track all ROI.   You will be technically strong, managing the development of landing pages and microsites to support targeted marketing campaigns.  You will also have good UX skills, evaluating the customer experience across all digital touch points and leveraging the opportunities to optimise inter-brand referrals.  Agency selection and management also come under your remit along with the management of the digital marketing budget.

Additionally you will take ownership and shape the strategy for the installation of the marketing automation capacity to revolutionize the approach to customer marketing.   You will develop and own a data optimisation strategy that puts data at the heat of all digital activities.

This is a senior role in the business with frequent C-Suite interaction.  To succeed you will have an excellent track record of leading digital marketing teams and strategies including a deep understanding of PPC/SEO and digital analytics.  You will have operated in a global environment with international communications.  Additionally you will have a deep understanding of database management protocols and an excellent working knowledge of driving marketing automation to build data capability and ultimately drive commercial growth.
