Marketing Manager – Successful Scientific Group 
Camberley, Surrey (with frequent travel to our client’s site in Bridport)

The Company: 

Our client is a leading developer and manufacturer of diagnostic products. Their clinical product range supports healthcare providers in improving patient health, whilst their comprehensive food diagnostic range helps manufacturers ensure consumer safety.  

Now, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the success of two of their brands, a provider of diagnostics testing products and a cutting-edge clinical laboratory.

The Role: 

As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness and generate leads for our client’s brands. 

Utilising the full marketing mix, you will: 

- Create engaging customer-facing marketing communications that promote our client and their brands
- Help to develop and integrate the company’s branding strategy 
- Manage the creation of website updates, PR material, advertising copy and brochures 
- Collaborate with the Customer Services and Distributor Sales Managers to increase sales 
- Be responsible for the successful launch of products, including the creation of launch materials and collateral 
- Identify exhibitions to promote the company brands 
- Monitor market trends relating to pricing, new products, competitors and technology
- Build databases and mailing lists 
- Travel to our client’s site in Bridport  

About You: 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Commercial marketing experience, ideally gained in a diagnostics healthcare business
- Previous experience of working in multi-disciplined teams 
- A degree level qualification in a business or marketing related discipline  
- Exceptional communication skills
- A strategic mindset 

It would be great if you also had a CIM qualification, but this is by no means essential.
