About Them

Our client is a consortium of boutique investment companies. They currently have 2 offices in Canary Wharf and one in Dubai with plans to expand into other locations.

They offer HNWI and retail investor’s corporate bond and fixed income investment opportunities in the Property, Construction and Renewable Energy sectors. Typically funding for their projects ranges anywhere between £10m and £50 Million GBP.

ROI for their clients exceeds 8% with on terms between 1-3 years. It’s worth noting they have a 100% client retention rate.

The Role

The role is starting out as a 3 month FTC but quickly has the potential to develop into a 12 month FTC or permanent opportunity.

As the Marketing Manager you will work directly with the Directors to devise innovative strategies and routes to market. This means you will need experience in creating, assessing and analyzing key performance metrics then optimizing campaigns based on your findings.

This role isn’t for the faint hearted, it’s a fast paced environment with lots of moving parts so you will need to be confident and conformable working under pressure and liaising between multiple points of contact.

Creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit is essential, alongside the current efforts (PPC, SEO, E-mail, Content, Social media & Events) you will also be tasked with bringing new ideas and channels to the table and ensuring Financial promotion rules and regulations are adhered to; in turn this means any Financial Marketing experience will be considered EXTREMELY desirable.

Current marketing budgets are in excess of £50,000 per month so must have direct experience managing annual budgets in excess of £500k.

The Fit

To be successful in this role you need a 360 degree understanding of marketing channels, everything from website content management to PPC Keyword analysis and optimization.

Agencies will be implementing your strategies to third party negotiation experience and management is a MUST!

This is a rare hands on role that will give you the opportunity to ‘own’ a strategy and deliver on your own ideas.
