An exciting new role has just become available for a CRM Manager to join a well-known organisation in Peterborough. If you have proven CRM experience, ideally in a retail B2C environment, then this could be the perfect next step for you. As CRM Manager, you will be taking on a brand-new post to essentially manage a junior team and take responsibility for creating and owning the CRM strategy.

The organisation in question are a major player in the consumer sector, and one of Peterborough’s biggest employers. As such, you will be joining an established team where progression opportunities are massive!

Key duties of the CRM Manager will include: developing the strategy, mapping the customer journey, driving retention and engagement, working closely with marketing and ecommerce teams to ensure the customers are fully supported, and much more! Experience with Salesforce or Faststats will be highly beneficial as will multi-channel campaign experience.
