Your new role
You will work on a warm, high net-worth desk, with complete autonomy and excellent training schemes. Recruiting marketing and communications professionals into FTSE organisations across London this role offers an excellent opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top of an excellent basic salary. The team are dynamic and social, and provide excellent support on a day to day. You will report into a manager who began their career at Hays and have gone from strength to strength, becoming a key part of the growth of the brand.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly motivated individual with a hunger to succeed and run your own high performing desk with autonomy and control. You will have a positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time. You may have previous recruitment experience, or be a bright individual who is looking for a position where you are able to take charge of your own success.
