Marketing Manager

The role requires a proactive and driven individual to be responsible for managing group company marketing initiatives. The individual will work closely with the central marketing team to achieve cohesion and best practice in the implementation and execution of all marketing activities.

The role will also require the individual to regularly report on key successes, analyse performance, identify areas for improvement, and generate new ideas and strategies.
The business is looking for a dedicated individual with confidence, great communication, organisational and project management skills, who can demonstrate a proven track record of success, ability to work to tight deadlines, and someone who collaborates well with colleagues and a wide range of stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to develop their marketing expertise and drive improvements in a group company's marketing performance in its target markets, as part of a dynamic and innovative organisation.
The individual will be expected to fully integrate into the central marketing and group company sales and business development teams for the subsidiary the role supports. Based in the North West, the role will require the successful individual to travel nationally on a regular basis.

Core Responsibilities
Provide leadership in all group company marketing initiatives and ensure high-quality marketing support delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently;
*Be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategic marketing initiatives
*Drive marketing campaigns for the attraction and retention of customers to support business growth
*Manage the production of all marketing materials and content creation for various marketing channels
*Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and marketing activities to identify opportunities, areas for improvement and new ideas to form marketing strategies
*Monitor marketing and sales performance to create detailed reports and presentations to senior management team
*Create key messaging and value propositions throughout all marketing communications. Edit and proof-reading copy for websites, PR and literature etc.
*Full management of company website
*Liaison with central marketing team group companies, customers, subcontractors and all stakeholders

Required Experience
*B2B marketing and/or business experience
*Proven track record of delivering marketing strategies and initiatives to a high standard
*Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve performance of marketing activities
*Excellent coordination skills required to meet strict deadlines
*Strong copywriting skills with flair and creativity
*Digital experience
*In-depth understanding and skills utilising the marketing toolchain

£35,000 (dependant on the candidate)
