Due to internal promotion, our client is looking for an Account Manager to act as the first point of contact for customers and ensure that their marketing and design worries are a thing of the past.

The Role: 

As an Account Manager, you will provide a first-class service to customers using our client’s marketing and design services. 

In this key role, you’ll act as customers’ first line of communication for some high profile projects. You’ll focus on building strong working relationships and ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved. 

About You: 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Experience of liaising with customers via the telephone, email and face-to-face 
- Great IT skills, including experience of MS Office 
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve great results 
- The ability to effectively prioritise tasks 

Our client’s dream Account Manager will also have experience of the following, but this is by no means essential: working in a sales environment, procurement, digital and traditional marketing, copywriting and presenting.
