The role for CRM Marketing Manager:

As the CRM Manager, you will be the driver responsible for developing the company's communication plan through the CRM supporting with retention and acquisition. You will have proven experience analysing customer communication activity both online and offline and reporting on successes via data and insight to improve the customer relationship and value proposition.

  • Developing CRM strategy
  • Customer behaviours communication plan
  • Ensure customer data accuracy with the CRM system
  • Strong email campaign management
  • Analysis of communication activity / customer retention and acquisition -
  • Reporting insight to senior stakeholders
  • Customer life-cycle communication plans

  • Demonstrable experience with CRM management
