Head of Brand
You’ll be joining the flagship brand of a global travel business which has a great story and lots to leverage in terms of brand and engagement of its customers. Your tenure with the business will coincide with a really exciting phase as the brand is due to embark on two high profile product launches which will attract maximum media exposure and reach far and wide across Europe.
Underpinning these launches will be a re-map of the current Customer Journey and a key focus of your role will be to develop the “customer journey” to support the brand at key points to create brand affinity with its customers.
You’ll possess the perfect blend of creativity and analytical mindset which will enable you to guide the analytics function to drive insights and a greater understanding of its customer segments moulding this into a customer experience which wows and inspires.
A natural people person you will be comfortable dealing across all areas of the business to deliver a highly engaging brand experience whether it high profile experiential events, brand partnerships or your continual development and ownership of the customer journey.
To make a major success in this role it's likely you will have considerable experience in a marketing management role with a background in delivering a high level of customer experience within a consumer brand environment. This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The scale and nature of the business means there is always scope for potential longer-term opportunities once this contract incomplete.
