Online Optimisation & Marketing Executive

Our client is a leading multi-channel fashion retailer who are looking to expand their team with an Online Optimisation Executive. With future plans to expand the business internationally, there could not be a better time to join.

The purpose of this role is the plan, drive and deliver the eCommerce onsite content and optimisation strategy, including social platform marketing plans across all brand and territories. With an exceptional eye for detail and strong commercial astuteness, you will interrogate and analyse all aspects of the websites, from site usage, content performance and AB / MVT / Personalisation testing to drive improve the onsite customer journey and experience with the overarching goal of driving onsite conversion and sales increases. You will support the Head of Online and wider digital marketing team in delivering key website projects in line with business priorities. You will collaborate with the wider multichannel marketing team and key internal business functions to align strategic priorities across brand, marketing and merchandising requirements.

The key accountabilities of the role will be to:

*Use analytics, research and A/B testing packages to plan and deliver insights on website usage, customer journey and purchase path to improve site performance and conversion
*Implement and develop testing and content plans for onsite Customer facing content, personalisation, product recommendations and customer reviews technology
*To work with internal Buying, Merchandising and Marketing teams to deliver engaging website content to support the wider multi-channel marketing plan, covering all key customer facing touch points such as the website homepage, category pages, collections and features, blogs and e-Catalogue
*Implement and develop the UK and overseas social media content plan across key social channels like Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and Pinterest.
*Create and maintain all promotional codes for website platform ensuring a high degree of accuracy

The Successful Candidate will need:

*Previous experience of working in a website content and optimisation role
*Sound commercial acumen and have a genuine interest and good understanding of the retail market.
*Strong interpersonal skills, as you will need to build relationships with the Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Creative teams.
*Passion and enthusiasm to excel in your role.
*Knowledge of supporting the wider delivery of new website projects is desired but not essential
