Your new role
As an Interim HR Consultant you will report to the CEO and work in a stand alone remit to manage a variety of generalist duties. You will support in developing and advising on HR strategy as well as leading Senior level recruitment, writing policies and procedures, managing monthly payroll and managing a contractor population. You will also be responsible for managing executive level compensation and remuneration as well as sourcing a pension provider. You will also be responsible for implementing culture and learning and development activities.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified, the successful candidate will have operated as a generalist within a senior HR role for a complex matrix business as well as having experience in a start up or Joint Venture business. You will be a solid generalist capable of working at both an operational and a strategic level. You will have experience of managing executive recruitment as well as managing monthly payroll. You will have excellent stakeholder management and be able to demonstrate how you are quick to engage and challenge at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role on fairly short notice. This will be a long term position and for the right person this could become a temp to perm position.
