Marketing Manager – Wireless / Broadcasting technology
We are on the hunt for an innovative and driven Marketing Manager to join a leading manufacturer and software developer in the electronics hardware sector. Our client specialises in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions across the globe to companies in the live broadcasting, sports, and law enforcement sectors. Following a series of strategic acquisitions, they’re poised for accelerated growth, driven by their vast intellectual property and a robust market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Marketing leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals. This includes market analysis, segmentation, and targeting.
- Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the company’s image and reputation across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Event Management: Organize and manage all company events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences, to bolster brand presence and engage potential customers.
- VAR Program Management: Ensure engagement and proactive sales within reseller channels.
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of compelling content across various channels, including website content, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Marketing Collateral Management: Maintain an organized library of marketing materials for all departments.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing tools and strategies, such as SEO, SEM, and ABM campaigns, to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, leveraging data to inform future efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, with a strong background in event planning and digital marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience within the live broadcasting industry.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport for potential international travel.
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to go to the office in Colchester once every few weeks.
