Communications and Engagement Officer Job

An opportunity has become available for a Communications and Engagement Officer to work at an established health organisation within the Public Sector with a staff of around 12,500 and a turnover of over £1bn.
Your new role
You will be working on a new and exciting programme. You will work on developing and implementing communications plans for the programme as a whole and the individual work streams. This includes producing articles and stories for a range of publications and websites targeted at audiences. You will also support the programme by organising events.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be experienced with implementing communications plans. It is important you have both great written and spoken communications skills. Strong organisation skills are mandatory to succeed in this role. You must be proactive in your communications approach. You ideally will have a background in the public or third sector, but specifically within health.
