Continued success has resulted in a need for another mid-level researcher with a distinctly qualitative bias and plenty of moderation experience. The focus will be on a range of commercial strategy projects including understanding audiences, customer journey and experience work and brand positioning. Your client, consultancy and/or agency background will ideally include commercial strategy or maybe retail, although a demonstrable desire to move into these areas would be considered. You will be running and driving projects day to day and working with both more senior and junior people to deliver the insights.

As your skills and confidence grow, you will be keen to develop your client relationship and business development skills including presenting and proposal writing enabling your progression to client leadership. You'll be excited by applying research and insight to clients' issues, not just 'doing' research.
