Our client, who is a well established and highly innovative firm who is looking for someone with experience of having been a Community Programme Manager previously. The main drive behind this role is to engage in social business through social media platforms and engage and maximise face to face relationships in the hope of sourcing new business opportunities. This role and concept is pioneering in its industry sector and would be an exciting opportunity. 

The successful candidate will have experience of reaching out and assisting people trying to make sense and decipher living in a digital era and all of the issues that entails. Internally you will also be working with various teams including the communications team to ensure the best success when it comes to campaigns and KPIs will be a part of your day to day. You will be working alongside the Head of Social Business and you will also help develop their social business team and create and implement the relevant strategy and line management experience would be a bonus. 

Managing separate communities is a huge part of this role so connecting community owners and understanding their priorities and challenges and the subsequent opportunities is also a large part of this role. The successful candidate will very much be a people person and will have the ability to build relationships both in person and over social media platforms.
