Event Logistic Coordinator - Prestigious Membership Concern - 29-31k depending on level of experience + benefits
Full event management experience is essential to plan and deliver a portfolio of conferences, seminars, workshops, award ceremonies and dinners for this high profile membership concern. Focusing on events within the southeast region but also running some international events.
Key responsibilities will include venue management, secure and negotiate rates and manage venue requirements for each event. Conference logistics, attendance list, badges, speaker administration and technical production. On site management, registration and running the event on the day.
You will also have responsibility for managing and setting your event budgets, managing sponsors and marketing materials.
Event experience gained within a B2B commercial environment/and or membership organisation is essential with ideally experience of managing events overseas. Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail, able to remain calm under pressure and deliver events to deadline and within budget.
