Senior Brand Manager

Our client has an array of instantly recognisable brands across health & beauty categories and is an extremely profitable global player. On their behalf we are currently recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager to join their marketing team. This is an immediate requirement but with unprecedented growth and investment, does have the opportunity to go permanent.

You will take full responsibility for managing all aspects of marketing for this important brand. This exciting role will see you leading the development of strategic, insight led, brand plans and set the future direction for the brand. You will create and brilliantly execute the plans through the development of compelling communications and promotions to continue on the unrivalled success of the brand. You will develop strategies to fuel the growth of the brand, including identifying NPD opportunities and managing from concept to launch.

You will be a positive and proactive member of the marketing team, who leads by example, helping to create a strong, energised, performance led team who consistently achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Significant marketing experience with FMCG brands
  • Strong experience in developing brand strategies and annual plans
  • Extensive experience creating and managing substantial A&P programmes across (ATL, BTL and digital/social)
