Job Overview
To maximise profitable growth across the paid channels under supervision from the Head of Search. Working to KPIs including store visits, conversions and ROAS.
To be an internal ambassador for Paid Search marketing within the business.

Core Responsibilities
*Day to day management of the paid accounts including manual and automated bid changes, build-outs, adding negatives and testing on;
oGoogle AdWords
oBing Ads
oFacebook Advertising
*Work with the Data Science and Merchandising teams to develop a plan to drive future growth through paid channels.
*Regularly reviewing, evaluating and benchmarking the PPC/Shopping and Retargeting channels to ensure appropriateness to deliver the sales and profit plan.
*Maintaining, developing and advancing the PPC/Shopping and Retargeting channels in such a way that continuous improvements in efficiency and cost effectiveness are delivered.
*Determining the appropriate enhancements and upgrades that are required to the in-house PPC/Shopping and Retargeting infrastructure to deliver the current and future needs of the business. Where appropriate, working with selected partners to deliver these requirements, managing the associated change process and ultimately the delivery of the required change.
*Maintaining the relationship (where applicable) chosen search agencies and advertising & technology partners to maximise their performance and work with their account team to ensure that sales/spend targets are met.
*Understand trends in data, providing commentary and suggested actions. Investigate variances and provide the reasons 'why' results have occurred.
*Develop new ways to acquire visitors, improve efficiency and retarget previous visitors.
*Key project assistance to the Head of Search.
*Actively keep up to date with the PPC community, dealing with industry news and updates accordingly.

*Highly numerate.
*Good problem solver.
*Strong knowledge of Google AdWords including Google Shopping, Bing Ads and other search engine ad platforms.
*Ability to self-motivate and learn new skills and new techniques quickly.
*Knowledge or experience of remarketing and advertising on social platforms is desirable.
*Experience working with, and managing expectations of, senior team members/clients desirable.
*At least 1 years' experience within a PPC role essential, agency or client side, ideally for a retail ecommerce business.
*Must be AdWords certified including Shopping Advertising module.
*Fluent in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics and comfortable manipulating data.

£25,000 - £30,000 (dependant on candidate)
