A Growth Marketing Manager / Customer Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Manager is required by a disruptive start-up in the FinTech sector. The business has recently soft launched and the successful candidate will help to scale their user base using various growth hacking strategies.

The Growth Marketing Manager / Customer Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

-Developing and executing the marketing strategy across all channels (PPC, paid social, content, SEO, social media, PR etc)
- Driving customer acquisition and brand awareness
-Using growth hacking techniques to scale with low budgets
-Managing key third party relationships with agencies and influencers
-Managing the marketing budget
-Defining the brand message and making sure the brand is aligned across channels

The Growth Marketing Manager / Customer Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Manager must have:

-A proven track record of driving growth for an early stage business (ideally at seed fund or Series A stage)
-Experience working a consumer facing tech start-up
-Devised marketing strategies and delivered campaigns across various channels
-Worked to constrained budgets
-A passion for data-driven marketing and conduct post-campaign analysis to drive performance
-An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to innovate
