This company is a dynamic Investment Company, focused on delivering multi-manager investment propositions. Their consistent investment process enables them to design multi-manager solutions as well as act as a centre of investment excellence.
They are currently looking for a Customer Insight Specialist to join their Unit Linked team to take responsibility for gathering, analysing and interpreting insight gathered from investors and distribution networks to identify innovative opportunities within the industry that will support their desire to become client focused.

What you will be doing

*As a Customer Insight Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and leading insight projects that use various qualitative and quantitative methods to provide an in depth understanding of needs, motivation and customer experience in terms of Product, Brand, Communication and Education.
*You will be responsible for adhering to the current strategy on how they gather insight and work closely with the Head of Innovation to pitch and land business opportunities that centre around customers.
*You will be responsible for creating and implementing a data analysis strategy to incorporate analytics from multiple channels (off and online), to help them build holistic profiles of their customers. Taking overall responsibility for gathering, consolidating and translating data in terms of propensity, retention, churn, value chains, etc. in order to identify growth opportunities, accelerate sales and increase brand loyalty.
*You will take the lead as the guardian of client insight and innovation methodology, refining and improving the strategy if necessary over time.
*You will work to build close relationships with the marketing and insights team across the group, while helping them to analyse insights with the ability to draw out innovation opportunities within the business and industry.
*You will liaise and collaborate effectively with local teams across the group to encourage engagement, trust and successful implementation of defined opportunities.

What you will have….

To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate strong data collection and analytical skills, and must have previous experience in gathering data, creating insights and running focus groups. You will also have a good understanding of the digital industry and be fluent in English and French. You must also have proven ability in influencing and managing change, as you will be required to collaborate actively with Investment Platforms and senior managers across the business to bring about new and innovative ways to work.
