UX / Conversion Optimisation (CRO) Executive, North London, to £42k DOE.

A true leader in their field, the business is looking for an ambitious UX / Conversion Rate (CRO) Executive to join their talented London team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with some of the most prestigious clients in the market, and carries excellent personal development opportunities.
With an exemplary eye for detail and a genuine passion for the numbers, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing UX and optimisation strategies from initial data analysis and user insights through to recommendations, and testing.
You will help customers to achieve their stated optimisation goals including increasing overall online revenue, prolonging site engagement, increasing average order value and of course, increasing site conversion rates.
With an excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics, you will leverage a range of analysis, testing and optimisation techniques to help achieve a customer’s online business goals.
You’ll also get the opportunity to work on broader user research projects, including formal user testing, helping with focus groups, as well as developing and helping to conduct quantitative research.
Conducting formal qualitative & quantitative user research & testing
Developing UX recommendations following user behavior insight & analysis
Developing innovative & intuitive UX solutions from research to wireframing
Data analysis to uncover optimisation opportunities
Design, develop and run A/B tests and MVTs
Day to day client management
Ambition to be part of a marketing leading team
A real passion for UX & CRO with an eagerness to learn and develop with the role
Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
Knowledge / experience of developing & building UX experiments
Familiarity with Optimizely, VWO, Maxymiser or similar
Experience with Photoshop and ability to design variations for tests
Strong understanding of UX research
Strong understanding of what comprises a good user experience
Good understanding of CRO best practices & data analysis for CRO
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)
Fluent in English
Minimum 1 year CRO / UX experience
Excellent report-writing, analytical skills with acute attention to detail
Highly motivated and able to work on initiative
Able to prioritize workloads & work to tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Degree level education preferred
Must have the right to work in the EU
