Our client, part of a well-established global business who provide innovative educational products, has a fantastic opportunity for a Creative Designer to join their team in Nottinghamshire.
Working closely with Direct and Product Marketing, you will be responsible for the positioning of the brand on a multi-channel, global basis across a wide range of online and offline campaigns including, but not limited to, emails, blogs, catalogues, tactical mailings and exhibitions.
You will see projects through from conception to delivery, providing advice and guidance on new and innovative ways to market the company’s products. You’ll be at the forefront of idea generation, using your design knowledge to achieve the goals of the marketing brief profitably.
Use your seasoned conceptual and technical design skills to deliver exemplary design solutions in line with the creative marketing strategy.
Steer and guide on design best practises to support business growth and raise creative standards across business.
Working both alone and with the wider Creative Services team, receive and fully answer creative briefs from concept to completion.
Ensure brief objectives are fully met with high-quality conceptual and design work.
Attend Marketing meetings and present creative executions when required.
Challenge and question briefs to achieve the best solution.
Consult and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders (including freelancers, contractors and third party agencies) and the Head of Creative Services at each key stage of a project.
Ensure that the correct sign-off procedure is followed for every piece of work before it goes live.
Educated to degree level.
Proven design experience with a demonstrable track record of success.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
Highly organised and results oriented – able to manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering to agreed timescales and budget.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
