Located in the highly prestigious St Peter's Square development in the city centre, Distrelec are establishing their new Enterprise Hub and hiring a Content Co-ordinator.

The Enterprise Hub will be the European centre for the implementation of their new digital operations that will deliver all online trading, marketing and technical deliveries for the organisation.

Distrelec, part of the Datwyler group, is a leading online distributor for electronics, automation, measurement technology, IT and accessories in Europe and the exciting new Enterprise Hub in Manchester will be its first operational presence in the UK.

The role:

As part of the Online Trading team, the Content Co-ordinator will play a key role in ensuring that centrally initiated campaigns are translated into local language. You will do this by working closely with translation agencies to coordinate the delivery of local language materials and will do this in a timely fashion in support of the campaign team.

Key accountabilities:

Your main responsibilities will include working with local teams to translate copy and content, as well as creating and implementing a robust process for managing large volumes of translated material. You will ensure the translated materials are proof read and signed off before publishing to the customers in the market and will own the relationship with the 3rd parties that contribute to the translation efforts.

Skills & experience:

You will have previous experience of working with international marketing teams and will have experience in co-ordinating translated content using both internal and external resource. You must have a strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing/publishing techniques and will work proactively within the wider team. You must be a highly organised individual and be keen to progress your career.
