We are on a look out for an experienced Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager looking for their next step up in their career.

What you’ll be doing

As a successful candidate for this role you’ll reporting to the Marketing Director and you’ll line manage a team of six. Your job will be to ‘breach the gap’ between the Marketing Director and the rest of the team hence why the role won’t be neither very strategic nor hands on. In a nutshell you’ll make sure that the team understands their objectives and are delivering to their best potential. In terms of marketing activities that are being implemented we’re looking at: CRM & email, social, paid and content marketing.

What experience you’ll need to apply

● Previous experience in managing and motivating a team.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate campaign swiftly.
● Personality wise you’ll be adaptable and used to work under pressure.
● B2B marketing and lead generation background is essential.

What you’ll get in return for your experience

The salary on offer is £45k + benefits. The office is based in central Bristol.
