Senior Account Manager / Account Manager (Digital)

Our client is a multi-award-winning branding and digital consultancy with an envied array of clients and a cracking team of professionals. They have a highly-skilled and specialised team focused on delivering outstanding creative and digital solutions to high growth businesses in the technology, private
equity and professional services markets. They are a small team with big experience, focused on achieving excellence and results for our clients.

We require an experienced Senior Account Manager to be responsible for taking ownership for, and managing, multiple projects across the agencies biggest client, acting as the main point of contact.
You will be responsible for managing a variety of projects through their lifecycle from briefing the creative team on often-complex brand and business challenges to launching strategically and creatively driven work internally and externally.

You will be supported strategically and operationally by a Client Services Director but will be expected to be able to communicate and trouble shoot at all levels, advising clients on their web and brand strategy on a day-to-day basis. You will drive activity across your accounts and immerse yourself in the clients business to help achieve commercial potential for clients and the agency. Projects will typically include: brand strategy incorporating positioning and messaging, visual identity development, B2B websites; and
the development of innovative marketing collateral for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong account handling track record; ideally having had exposure and experience of working on B2B branding and digital projects. The candidate must have a genuine passion for strategy, branding and digital and be aware of how companies are creating marketleading
brands and digital experiences.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Digital project management through the project lifecycle
- Project scope, requirements and cost proposals
- Feeding in to account plans and client strategy development
- Writing detailed work specifications for both printed and digital projects
- Briefing and managing creative and development teams
- Attending client meetings
- Seeking opportunities and generating ideas for clients and advising them accordingly
- Accurate and timely financial management of projects including invoicing
- Monitoring company financial performance alongside directors
- Commercial development of existing client business

Your profile
You will have a track record as an Senior Account Manager, working across branding and digital projects, and will be able to demonstrate the delivery of commercial value for clients in the B2B market.
You will be experienced in delivering often-complex digital solutions and will be able to talk knowledgeably about the approach without relying on others. This is a hands-on role, and you will be need to take the initiative and be responsible for managing your projects and clients independently, drawing on
the strategic support of the agencies senior team as part of a structured account process that you drive.

You will be a self-starter with a positive, ʻcan doʼ attitude. You will be level headed, dependable and calm under pressure. You will be capable of winning the respect and trust of client side marketing and technical teams as well as agency side, creative, designers and developers.
