This is an exciting opportunity in an award winning market leading B2B Company with a complex multi-layered Customer Base.

With innovative marketing approaches, backed by strong investment in up to date technologies, you will be involved in the full spectrum of marketing disciplines. You will develop competencies in fully integrated B2B marketing whilst managing sizeable projects and a small inclusive team.

Our clients marketing led business with a globally respected brand combines innovative marketing communication initiatives with creative content of high standards and continually pushes the boundaries via partnerships and brand development.

You will work in conjunction with the senior management in the development of marketing plans.
Implement marketing plans against defined schedules drawn up in conjunction with the Brand Development Director.
Create briefing documents and managing and action projects either internally or using agencies / contractors as appropriate, using all media.
Provide inputs to and manage outputs from external Public relations agencies.
Generate product and corporate marketing collateral both in printed and electronic form.
Monitor response rates from campaigns.
Utilising the monitoring of trade and professional publications to identify trends
Planning and monitoring actual marketing spend vs plan and agree any subsequent action plans.

Manage the shared marketing resource ( Graphic Designer and a Marketing Ast) - scheduling their activities to balance business development, Commercial & Brand requirements and monitoring against that schedule.

External; Customers in construction industry network, PR Agency, Art Agencies.
Internal; Sales Force, Design Services, Sales office, Finance, IT, HR, Product Development, Product Management, Senior Managers.

Knowledge / Experience
Experience of the construction industry - preferable
IT Literate
Excellent understanding of digital & social media and experience in exploiting these for marketing purposes.
Knowledge of Quark and Photo shop would be useful.
At least 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role.
Able to understand technically challenging concepts.
Well organised with a methodical approach.
Keen to get results and deliver high quality service balanced with business acumen.
Able to plan and organise promotional events, Co-ordinate equipment services, people and process information.
