A traditional full mix Marketing Manager with experience in the B2B sector is required for an exciting opportunity with a true leader in the Business Service sector. In this role you will own and implement the marketing strategy driving lead generation and driving both web traffic and offline enquiries.

Summary of the Role
The Marketing Manager will create, implement and manage marketing strategies & campaigns to deliver a steady flow of well qualified leads into the Sales team. The daily execution of lead generation activities will focus on both the wider SME marketplace as well as specific industries that have proven to be a high target growth area for the business. This role reports directly to the CEO of the Company and works closely with all the management team.

Experience Required:
- Degree qualified
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing including lead generation.
- Customer Focus - solicits and uses feedback for continuous improvement. Strives for quality and excellence.
- Drive for Results- Develop strategies, action plans, and metrics to monitor results
- Demonstrated history of innovation and drive that will support lead generation strategies & campaigns
- B2B Marketer who is immersed in the theory and new developments of lead generation and can train others.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including copy writing, writing for email, editorial and proofreading abilities.
- Experience in the recruitment sector a distinct advantage
