The role….

The Client Director is responsible for the overall client relationship, and key to ensuing this agency supports the delivery of client's business goals. You need to have a full understanding of client's business strategy through engaging with the clients at all levels. The role will anticipate and recognise requirements and ensure the wider agency team deliver to them. You will have an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, ecommerce and the sector competitive landscape.

What you will be doing….

*Adopt a proactive approach to developing and presenting business building ideas for clients
*Develop strong partnerships with key client stakeholders
*Provide the team with strategic support on the project.
*Ensure the team are on-boarded to agreed client standards.
*Work with key contacts in the other core agencies to deliver single solutions to the client.
*To encourage and promote effective team work and communications with all other teams.
*Possess excellent relationship building skills - demonstrating deep collaboration with clients and with agency partners/other lines of business
*Develop relationships with key contacts in client's partner agencies
*Ensure the financial status of project is in line with MSA

What you will have….

*An absolute understanding of ecommerce complexity and a track-record in delivering ecommerce programmes for clients
*Comprehensive understanding of integrated marketing practices
*Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple client assignments across multiple sectors and channels
*Excellent organisational and managerial skills
*A clear and strategic thinker and excellent listener
*Capable of effectively running multiple financial commitments
*Ability to see the big picture, but ensure delivery of the detail
*Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills
*Excellent written and oral communication skills and highly numeric,
*Extensive digital marketing experience
