An established Property company is looking to take on a Digital Marketing Manager for a 4 month contract basis, with the possibility of extension and the role becoming permanent.

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Content management
  • Content creation 
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Taking the lead on a re-brand of the company's website, tracking conversion rates and making improvements to web content where necessary. 
  • Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company, working with junior members of the marketing team to develop fresh content.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.

Requirements of the Digital Marketing Manager

  • A strong background in digital marketing campaign management.
  • Strong content marketing experience across digital channels is also required for the position. 
  • Experience in marketing within the property sector is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience of leading marketing projects as part of a team.
  • Great organisational skills and IT skills
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • In depth knowledge and practical understanding of Photoshop
  • Confident on content management systems, etc Sitecore.
