Ecommerce/Digital Account Manager – Blue Chip Client
Our client is a blue-chip branded FMCG supplier with a portfolio of market leading brands, spanning multiple food and non-food categories. Their people focus and ambitious culture has been a key to their success and they have been responsible for developing some of the industries more influential leaders. Due to progression, we are currently recruiting in their Digital team for a digital and ecommerce specialist to take responsibility of their dotcom business.
You will be responsible for the commercial delivery of the dotcom business working closely with the sale team to take responsibility of retailer’s ecommerce business.
As Digital Account Manager you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing ecommerce strategy with the retailers.
• Ownership of the digital vision and execution to deliver a true Omni-channel approach.
• Manage P&L for the dotcom sector, feeding into account strategy and JBP.
• Develop methodology to deliver ROI on activation across multi-platforms (i.e. website, apps and instore)
• Identify and track opportunities for growth within the dotcom sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to take responsibility of one of the fastest growing sectors in the market. As the world of retail continues to evolve it is imperative that suppliers secure the most talented individuals within the dotcom space. Given the breadth of this role the successful individual will have an expert understanding of the ecommerce/digital space and be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering successful online strategies to deliver commercial growth. You will have managed a considerable P&L within this area and be able to prove delivery of successful commercial relationships.
