Due to an exciting new business win, this small independent London agency is on the hunt for an Account Director and Account Manager who are passionate about the charity sector.

The agency are well respected as a strategic and creative agency with a fantastic charity base and offer clients a full service including press, TV, OOH, digital, content and social. Their remit covers brand positioning and identity, brand strategy and advertising, individual giving fundraising, legacy and events etc.

This new win is huge for the agency and they are looking to build an exceptional team. As Account Director, you will need the stature and experience to be in with the client regularly, working with the fundraising teams to plan and deliver their activity which is fully integrated with a focus on direct marketing. As Account Manager, you will be the lynchpin of the team – delegating upwards as well as downwards, holding things together and delivering projects on time/budget/quality.

You will be a strategic thinker as well as a do’er – the culture of the agency is all about pulling together as team and focussing on the best possible work. The agency is a great it for people who want to do excellent work with lovely people – they work hard but make time for fun too!

Essential channel experience includes - DRTV, digital/social, mobile, print including DM and Door drop.
