The team is made up of more than 50 specialists, who are insightful, committed and excited about the work they do.

Head of Digital - The Role

We are currently seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to shape and deliver our digital approach as it enters its next phase. To be considered for this position you will need to be passionate about innovation, and have a strong working knowledge of a broad range of communications projects. You will be strategic, creative and technical, and have a proven track record of working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver ingenious client solutions. You will be confident in exploring, presenting, developing and delivering projects both internally at with client stakeholder groups. As Head of Digital you will work closely with the Head of Strategy and other team members to ensure that the agency is ahead of the innovation curve

You will be working with external and internal teams, developers including digital production partners, IA/UX experts, interactive producers, designers and social media teams to ensure our interactive products are of the highest standard.


Develop & manage multi-channel digital delivery and ensure client satisfaction of our digital output (i.e. webcasting, websites, mobile platforms, engagement campaigns, etc. )
Maintain and develop strong working relationships with suppliers, technology platforms and industry contacts.
Encourage innovation through successful tech partnerships.
Motivate, inspire and encourage agency teams to deliver the best results on-time and within budget.
Continuously look for new ways of improving the agency's offering through new technologies and tools (Introduce new products and services to clients.
Oversee the efficient provision of the office connectivity and IT requirements.
Work closely with the Head of Strategy and other departments heads and teams to develop innovative digital solutions and concepts for pitching to clients.
Being constantly aware of the latest trends, and technical developments in the digital space and how that impacts on consumer behaviour, direct marketing, advertising and digital/e-marketing and social arenas, proactively seeking to detect suitable integration opportunities for client projects.
Encourage and inspire the team (and others) to be innovative; translating our digital vision into new client opportunities
With the assistance of the team, you will be required to advise on the best way to implement and deliver projects;
Ensuring continuous delivery of technical services at the highest standard; approaching issues and resolutions offered in a cost-effective manner;
Ensuring internal infrastructure complements production/post-production activities; develop business case justifications & assess risks for technology initiatives.

Head of Digital - Key Skills

Excellent communication skills: this is a client-facing role
Commercial awareness internally and the ability to be a chargeable asset in the digital consultancy arena
Experience in developing and delivering digital campaigns including social media & websites.
Good knowledge of analytics and reporting
A concise and acute understanding of the corporate field and culture
Innovative and proven ability to generate solutions
Skilled at leading teams and encouraging collaborative working
A creative eye and attention to detail
Experience of managing development teams
Some knowledge and understanding of streaming technologies would be an advantage.
Online video experience as well as a general understanding of broadcast studio/video production workflows
