This agency is a customer experience design consultancy. Their business is built to make the very most of the experience economy. They use their expertise and their understanding of people to re-engineer the value their clients derive from their brands.

They are now looking for an experienced integrated Senior Account Manager to support the Senior Account Director and/or Group Account Director. The SAM will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a range of projects working closely with creative and production teams ensuring that projects are delivered to a very high standard, on time and on budget.

The SAM will be responsible for maintaining and continuing to build strong client relationships resulting from the expert management of all projects.

The SAM should have at least 4-5 years integrated agency experience, have experience of working on a blue-chip client, have proven experience of delivering complex projects to a very high standard and confident dealing with clients of varying levels, including senior stakeholders.

What you will be doing....

-To develop the clients business and meet their own business needs, specifically:

-To make a strategic contribution to the client's business and ongoing projects, maximise revenue opportunities for the client and build relationships with the client, oversee projects and ensure the highest quality of work, accuracy to brief (and beyond), team motivation and client satisfaction.

-To ensure own client account teams adhere to established work processes. For example client contractual obligations, agreed internal procedures, best practice and Concept functionality linked to their accounts department.

Responsibility for own team resourcing, efficiencies and welfare.
The SAM will be responsible for working with the AD to achieve approximately £100-150K per month.

Job Responsibilities

*Manage the client:
oAccurately interpret the brief, challenge and explore wider opportunities and brief the team to motivate and inspire them
oStrategically plan the overall project and/or each phase through the duration of the project
oBuild a strong relationship with the client, smoothing any relationship issues that may arise service client to a high level to retain on-going business

*Manage project profitability and client administration:
oWork closely with production set out and manage costings and timings of the overall project and each phase of work therein
oRegularly review costs and tracking
oEducate client re: early resourcing of projects, adherence to time paths, long term planning
oIntelligent and accurate resourcing of projects

*Build client business organically
oBe able to sell and implement all company methodologies; use company as a resource
oHaving a holistic view of the problem
oWatch market & marketing press for new developments relevant to the client
oDevelop and maintain long term relationships
oAdvise Account Director of any help required in developing opportunities

*Business Development Skills
oMarketing the business via case histories, PR and monitoring effectiveness of design post-launch
oSharing client knowledge and creating work plan, timings and costings.

*Have strategic ownership of clients, and manage the relationship
oGive first class briefs to the team, interpret accurately and challenge, exploit wider opportunities
oPro-actively manage the client to ensure delivery of work effectively, clarifying and solving any issues that may develop in the course of the relationship
oTo be articulate in running client meetings and presenting design and strategy
oTo ensure full support and understanding of creative work and champion agency creative work with the client

A strong knowledge of Brand Strategy, Design and development along with a solid Digital background.

4+ years Brand Design & Digital experience. Solid experience managing and developing relationships with clients effectively.
