A financial services organisation based in West Yorkshire
Due to significant growth and increasing the amount of corporate events, my client is currently seeking a driven and fast paced Events Manager who has experience creating, implementing and delivering large scale events and is comfortable working with senior internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Manage, organise and plan large scale events both nationally and internationally
- Source, generate and arrange event space allotments and allocation
- Work with senior internal stakeholders in regards to strategic planning, budget and delivery
- Attend, manage and ensure all events run smoothly and on time
- Manage and ensure all deadlines are achieved
- Experience working in a corporate, financial services, professional services organisation
- Strong organisation and communications skills essential
- Experience managing large scale events - venue hire, catering, presentations etc.
- Ability to manage and organise senior internal and external stakeholders
- Effective communication and promotion skills - email, direct mail, social media
