We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/Sales Representative to capitalize on warm leads and persuade care homes to advertise their listings on our platform.Job Description:Role Overview: The Business Development Manager/Sales Representative will focus on converting warm leads into advertising partnerships with care homes. This role requires a proactive and persuasive individual with a talent for building rapport and closing deals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our network of care homes and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:1.     Lead Management and Follow-up: Receive and qualify warm leads provided by the marketing or lead generation team. Follow up promptly via phone, email, or other communication channels to initiate contact and assess their interest in advertising on our platform.2.     Consultative Selling: Engage with care homes in a consultative manner, understanding their unique needs, goals, and pain points. Present our platform’s value proposition and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.3.     Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within care homes, including administrators, directors, and marketing managers. Position yourself as a trusted advisor and resource for their advertising needs.4.     Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of advertising on our platform. Highlight key features, success stories, and case studies to illustrate the value proposition effectively.5.     Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with care homes regarding advertising packages, pricing, and contract terms. Use persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and secure commitments from prospective clients.6.     Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Manage a sales pipeline effectively, prioritize leads, and follow through on opportunities to ensure timely closure.Qualifications and Skills:·        Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare, real estate, or advertising industry.·        Ability to effectively manage warm leads and convert them into sales opportunities.·        Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.·        Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.·        Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.·        Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.·        Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.·        Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Compensation: This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Compensation will be based on sales performance and may include bonuses or incentives for achieving targets.
