Our client is a full service insight group currently enjoying unprecedented growth, with higher levels of client wins than ever before and existing clients further extending their services. They have already been highly successful recruiting across their research groups and are now looking to add a senior director to work directly with a talented Managing Director who is expertly steering this expansion.

This is a predominantly quant role, however an appreciation of qual is important as you will be linking insights for clients regardless of methods. Studies are commercial and strategic in nature, with a focus on brand and communication, customer experience, corporate reputation and employee engagement so a background in any of these areas would be ideal. Dedicated to high quality client service and compelling delivery, you will enjoy leading and inspiring a talented team of managers and executives. This agency does have a strong track record of embracing insight specialists from the client side, so a background which includes direct client experience would be encouraged.

You will be working into a visionary MD with outstanding pastoral skills and proven ability in building both the team around her and the business.
