This is an absolutely cracking opportunity for an aesthetic and brand-led digital marketer to have full ownership of a new and extremely aesthetic brand launched by a hugely successful and long established business. The parent business is looking to ramp things up quickly as far as this new brand is concerned and as the digital campaign manager, you'll play a huge part in that growth. It's not everyday you have the chance to get your hands on content-driven creative campaigns for such a creative-led brand, and we're really looking for someone who'll be living and breathing the target persona / demographic.

What you'll be doing

This is an almost entirely online brand, so the digital marketing channels are hugely important here and this will be a high-visibility role within the business. The core channels you'll have ownership of are content marketing, SEO, social media, email and analytics. As we've alluded to, the brand here is extremely well-defined, brand-led, aesthetic, all about clean and Scandi-inspired design and there is a very clearly defined target audience. Your job will be to create and distribute the digital content that will appeal to this audience, get them talking and engaging with the brand online - growing the reach of the brand and earning links-a-plenty as you go. As we've said, it's a high visibility role within the business, so your internal facing stakeholder management skills will be crucial here as well - as you help guide and educate the business on how to be a success to this audience.

What experience you'll need

First and foremost, you'll need to live and breathe the brand and its target audience. As a person you'll be in line with their demographic - you'll have your finger on the pulse of design trends, will appreciate the importance of the brand story, will be able to engage with this crowd in a meaningful way online and understand where to reach them and with what content. From a hands-on skills perspective, we're looking at SEO, digital content, analytics, email marketing, social media (there is huge potential to do some amazingly creative things with Instagram, for example) and will have an understanding of how to be a successful, transactional online brand.

What you'll get in return

For the right person, this is going to be an absolute passion project. Naturally, there will be decent benefits and a generous salary of c. £35k on experience. This is a chance to join a spanking new brand, with the weight of a very successful business behind it, and be proud of the products your marketing from a creative perspective. This role could either be based in Bristol or East London - and either way will involve frequent travel between the two.
