For those seeking a smaller specialist environment in which to flourish, this is the ideal opportunity for an RM who is aspiring to be an AD soon. Our client is a child, family and youth specialist insight and research agency working across a range of industries including toys and games, FMCG and media. They are a highly experienced team whose reputation has mainly been established at clientside commercial businesses, offering an unrivalled opportunity to learn from some truly talented individuals and develop an understanding of this unique sector.

As a skilled project manager and practitioner, you will deliver high quality client work as well as regular face to face client meetings, debriefs and new business pitches. With an excellent command of quant methodologies, you will ideally have the qual skills to support the Managing Director with moderation, analysis and reporting. You will also help actively generate new business leads and be continually thinking strategically about new tools and approaches to help the business grow. As one of the senior members of the team, you will also provide coaching and training to help support the skills and development of the wider team.

Whilst experience of working within a media environment and/or knowledge of children/youth/family research would be an advantage, they are not essential. More important will be your ability to think strategically and turn insights into actionable business recommendations combined with your confidence in presenting and your enthusiasm for driving business growth through industry networking and service innovation.
