I’m working on an exciting new position with a global brand. If you’re an analyst looking for their next step, working with a truly exciting product set, this could be the dream role you’ve been looking for!

As the Category Marketing Analyst, you’ll report in to the Category Manager and will take the lead on insight and analysis across the UK arm of the business.

You’ll be presenting results to a range of stakeholders of all levels, so you’ll need to be a great communicator, with fantastic analytical skills. Your role will be pretty varied, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing your time and workload. Day to day, you’ll be involved in:-

-          Reporting on sales performance at a business, account and product level.
-          Analysing campaigns across a range of marketing channels, including POS, instore activity, TV etc
-          Competitor analysis and keeping up to date with industry changes
-          Working closely with internal teams to turn insight into actionable recommendations for product/range development

You’ll be a highly analytical individual with strong Excel skills, who loves understanding how and why customers shop. Experience in an analytical role is essential, and those with FMCG experience will have a serious advantage.

This role is commutable from Leeds, Wakefield, Doncaster, Pontefract, York and surrounding. Our client is offering a highly competitive base salary, as well as excellent benefits, including an early finish every Friday!
