This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to coordinate and deliver a website re-development project and support brand implementation and management Works closely with Digital and Marketing Manager to define scope and requirements and ensure the website re-development project is completed on time Supports and enables colleagues at all levels to deliver a unified brand experience across all audiences and touchpoints Supports brand engagement by supporting colleagues and volunteers to utilise brand guidelines and tools

Duties and key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of a website re-development project, working closely with colleagues, IT and external agencies to deliver the project on time
  • Conduct and work with internal and external partners to deliver user research to understand audience website needs
  • Responsible for maintaining the project plan and ensuring internal and external stakeholders are kept up to date
  • Coordinate a website content review, liaising with colleagues across the team and ensuring content is in line with brand
  • Produce regular reports and updates on the development of the project for key stakeholders
  • Support the Digital and Marketing Manager in the delivery and brand implementation plan, working closely with colleagues and external suppliers
  • Maintain an overview of brand projects ensuring work is consistent and delivered on time
  • Develop tools to support staff and volunteers in the practical implementation of the brand identity so that it's used correctly and consistently
  • Work with colleagues to ensure that brand, tone of voice and visual identity are correctly used across all channels
  • Brief creative agencies and suppliers to ensure correct use of brand elements
  • Coordinate the commissioning and production of materials and collateral
  • Support the Digital and Marketing Manager in designing and delivering brand workshops to colleagues and volunteers
  • Follow the management information guidelines and requirements, including ensuring appropriate monthly measures on service usage levels are collected and submitted on the services database or other systems in accordance with deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:-

  • Knowledge of project management best practice
  • Experience of brand development, engagement and implementation
  • Experience of supporting and enabling colleagues to use brand tools correctly
  • An up to date knowledge of branding best practice and sector trends
  • Experience of managing a digital development or projects using project management methodology
  • Experience of developing websites and CRMs
  • A good understanding of web information architecture
  • Experience of UX design
  • Experience of collaborative working across multiple teams and external suppliers
  • Good presentation, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Understanding of data protection legislation
  • Ability to assimilate and interpret data
