We currently have an exciting opportunity with a leading media agency who are looking for a Paid Search Manager. This role is great for a commerically minded, team player as you will be working with an FMCG giant involving 15-20 brands. You will be mainly focusing on Impression Shares, clicks and on sire engagement. You will be reporting to the Associate Search Director and working closely with two other managers on the account. It is a leadership role managing two executive and a chance to make a real impact.


Core responsibilities of the role are:

  • Driving account performance and innovation across the brands’ portfolio
  • End-to-end campaign execution as per the client’s brief and senior management guidance
  • Manage and lead your team of execs, quality assure their output, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines at a standard expected of our Search proposition
  • Deliver best in class strategy and activation to your assigned client portfolio
  • Liaise with 3rd party tool providers to get the best value and training for the team
  • Responsible for your team appraisals
  • Working closely with internal departments and external partners
  • Financial diligence#
