Are you a PR professional who has embraced the digital and content approach to communications? Are you a Content Marketing Strategist and understand how to engage consumers and businesses on on-line platforms?

This agency has grown from its roots of being a traditional PR agency into a fully fledged communication agency, offering services from PR, Digital Marketing an evolving agency and now at the forefront of Content Marketing!

The agency is now looking for content focused PR Account Director to compliment the more traditional PR classically trained folk they already have in the agency. It isn't that the staff don't get digital as they offer social media services to clients now, but they need a content specialist to add to their team. The key to this role would be ensuring the content the agency produces is reaching the right audience and that it compliments and integrates seamlessly with the amazing traditional PR campaigns they're producing. The Manchester office is small in numbers right now, but set to grow rapidly as it Is being backed by a well oiled, very successful agency already and have already won a huge, massive household brand set to be announced shortly.

Job Description:

- Work closely with traditional PR teams to be the go to person on all things content, including editorial, video, graphics, engagement and third parties to develop and deliver exceptional content strategies for clients
- Maintain and build relationships with key publishers / press contacts, determining what content they wish to see and feeding this back to internal teams / clients
- Coordinate internal teams, ensuring rich and supporting content are in sync, thematically and chronologically, and that content for outreach is written and approved to deadline
- Run all aspects of outreaching content, including the writing and distribution of press releases, arranging placements and effective reporting

What We're Looking For:

The Ideal candidate will have come from a PR agency background and have gravitated towards digital and content marketing as they have progressed.
