Key responsibilities:

  • To plan, coordinate, design & deliver email marketing activities.
  • Write creative content for email, with engaging and enticing email copy and subject lines.
  • Produce ideas and review email marketing strategy to improve open and click rates and reply rates as well as driving revenue through email marketing.
  • Manage the email marketing calendar in line with objectives and overall marketing strategy.
  • Use data to inform decisions for optimising and improve email content and creatives.
  • Reporting on email performance and how we deliver against specific KPIs.
  • Segmenting customer data to find relevant data and content.
  • Ensure domain health by following strategies.
  • Work closely with Sales and Content teams to create campaigns.
  • Cleansing, cleaning and segmenting data for weekly campaigns.
  • Build CRM journeys that follow up on customer activity.

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2-years of experience within email marketing
  • An in-depth understanding of email marketing automation, dynamic content and personalisation.
  • Strong copy writing ability, with experience producing on-brand, engaging written content.
  • Demonstrated experience working with sophisticated customer segmentation.
  • Proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns driving brand and revenue growth
  • Solid understanding of the email marketing landscape, platforms and technologies
  • Understanding of the user journey and on-boarding process
  • Data-driven with knowledge of GoogleAnalytics, HubSpotanalytics & MS Clarity
  • Solid understanding of GDPR regulations and requirements
  • Understanding of sender reputation, domain health and how to build deliverability with Inbox Providers
