Digital Marketing Executive £20,000 to £30,000 p.a. depending on skills and experience  
+ Company Health Care  
+ Company Profit Share Scheme  
37.5 hours per week  
23 to 25 paid holidays per week 

ISO accredited Technology business based in Chester which employs 40 people and and sells IT hardware world wide seeks a digital marketing executive with excellent SEO and Web Content Marketing skills. The Online Marketing and Communications specialist will have a mix of graphic, web design/management and digital marketing experience required to support technical product sales. 

Key areas are: 

  • SEO - developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to our website for our products and services.  
  • Pay Per Click campaigns  
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns
  • Photoshop / InDesign - used to create marketing collateral for digital campaigs 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)  
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies  
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points  
  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining our website  
  • Be responsible for, initially creating and then, maintaining our CRM system  
  • Email marketing - Automate and track email campaigns 
  • Lead generation  Content Strategy 


  • Ideally BSC/MSC degree in digital marketing or a related field  
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing  
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns  
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns and writing content that engages, informs and motivates  
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)  
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns  
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints  
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking  
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement  
  • Knowledge/interest of PC / Smart Phone electronics is an advantage
