An award-winning, global creative agency are on the lookout for a Data Planning Director to head up their data team. This agency have a real entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creating ground breaking work that people talk about and share organically.

This role is an integral part of the agency and they need someone who is passionate about data. 

The Data Planning Director will have around 7-10 years of experience in data at leading creative agencies. We’re looking for someone who can move projects forward, using data to shape our strategic and creative output, always with an eye on driving business results for our clients.

You will use client data as well as analytical and social data to work collaboratively to develop award winning work. You will be a driving force in the agencies creative output, ensuring that the work not only meets the clients’ business objectives but also the agencies high creative and strategic standards.

Your duties will include:

- Managing the team of data planners

- Developing test strategies

- Ongoing reporting

- Presenting in new business pitches

- Provide a 360 view of customer journey to deliver relevant communications
